Welcome to the official website of Brittany Bargo Photography ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website and engaging with our services, you agree to the following policies and procedures. Please review them carefully.
1. Website Use
This site is intended to showcase our portfolio, offer information about our services, and facilitate bookings and inquiries.
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes or to infringe on our copyrights or trademarks.
All website content, including photos, text, logos, and design, is the intellectual property of Brittany Bargo Photography and may not be copied or used without permission.
2. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through our contact forms, booking tools, or newsletter subscriptions will be used solely to communicate with you and deliver our services.
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties unless required by law.
Our website may use cookies to enhance user experience and analyze site traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
3. Booking & Scheduling
All sessions must be booked in advance using our online booking system or by contacting us directly.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time.
Full payment is due one day before your session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for rescheduling, unless discussed.
If you cancel with insufficient notice or fail to attend, your deposit will be forfeited.
In case of photographer illness, emergency, mechanical malfunction or severe weather, we will reschedule at no additional cost.
5. Image Delivery & Usage
Edited digital images will be delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe via online gallery or download link.
Raw, unedited files are not provided unless agreed upon in advance.
Clients receive personal use rights to the delivered images. Commercial or promotional use requires a separate agreement and license.
Brittany Bargo Photography reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, marketing, and social media unless the client explicitly opts out in writing.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for arriving on time (at least 10 minutes prior), dressing appropriately, and informing us in advance of any special requests or restrictions.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
7. Copyright & Licensing
All images remain the copyright of Brittany Bargo Photography, unless transferred through a written agreement.
Reproduction, editing, or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales are final.
We have the right to reissue, reschedule or refund at our own discretion.
If you are unsatisfied with the final product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review concerns and offer re-editing or a partial refund at our discretion.
9. Modifications to Policy
We reserve the right to update or change these policies at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the effective date noted above.
10. Additional Policies for Mini Sessions
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your session, the session will need to be rescheduled or canceled. The photographer will contact you regarding a rescheduled date if available.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your mini session, please do so at a minimum 24 hours before your session by contacting us. If there is an emergency under this timeframe, please contact us as soon as you are aware and we will try to work with you.
Sessions are considered one block and cannot be split into two days or times.
Session photos will be stored at a maximum for 1 year after the session date concludes. Please be sure to download all of your photographs before this date.
Mini sessions will occur ‘light’ rain or shine. If inclement weather is to occur during your session, a photographer will contact in advance to reschedule. Please contact for any questions.
If a family member has issues walking or needs assistance getting to the photography location, please contact and we will adjust accordingly.
Reimbursements will not be made for mini sessions unless discussed.
